We are grateful for your decision to make a monthly
donation to us using e-mandate. You spoke to our
fundraising executive who has recorded your monthly
donation amount.
Here are 2 simple steps you need to follow to authorise
monthly debits from your account to support
Breakthrough.
The day after your conversation with our
fundraising executive, you will receive an email
and SMS from our payment processor Razorpay.
The email and SMS will contain a link which you
will use to authorise us to debit your donation
from your account on a monthly basis.
Note:
– This is what the email will look like.
– The email will be sent from an “@razorpay.com” email address.
– Notice that the Amount Payable is INR 0.00. This is not a mistake! This authorisation does not debit your account, it is only an authorisation for future debits.
Click the link to authorise monthly payments.
You only need to do this once, so if you click the link
in your SMS you can ignore the one in your email.
When you click the link, your browser will open a page
that look like this, showing your support amount under
“Mandate Max Amount”.
Once authorised, we will debit your account
on the 8th of every month.
Please make sure your account balance
is sufficient to cover the debit!
