Senior Coordinator – HRM

Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Coordinator – HRM, who would be working closely with the Senior Manager- HRM. The person will be responsible for handling HR data management, HRMS, Payroll management. Specific job responsibilities will be:

• Track and maintain HR expenses and update HR budget on a regular basis
• Monitor and keep track of all HR logistics and operations
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Maintain and update BT HRMS on a regular basis
• Check time sheets are received from BT staff
• Maintain all employee related documents on a regular basis (personal information, leaves) in both paper and the database
• Manage leaves of employees which includes collating the leave data of state personnel from the state coordinators and preparing the final monthly leave record for salary
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by posting JD’s on recruitment websites, coordinating interviews for various positions with the candidate and interview panel, performing checks, assisting in shortlisting.
• Assist supervisors in orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
• Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
• Support other functions as assigned

Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in HR process management
• Degree/Diploma in HR will be preferred
• Experience in handling HRMS/HRIS
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Strong ability in using MS office
