Graphic Designer

Breakthrough is looking for a Graphic Designer. The detailed job description is as follows:

Requirements:

• Creativity, innovation and a great aesthetic sense. Someone who understands the usage of typography, colours, image editing and staying up to date with latest design trends.
• Need to have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of working on Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop.
• Illustrations/sketching skills would be preferred.
• Additional knowledge of software like Premiere Pro and After Effects would be helpful.
• Need to have an in-depth understanding of how branding for organisations works.
• Personal interest, understanding or experience of social/cause based work.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, GIFs and motion graphics will be an advantage.

Work scope:

• An understanding on how to present a human rights brand like Breakthrough online and designing communication material for social media, digital ads and website.
• Designing communication print material for the organisation like brochures, pamphlets, posters etc.
• Designing of e-books, e-brochures, infographics, toolkits, reports.
• Merchandise design like t-shirts, bags, stickers, notebooks and the likes.
• Supporting design manager in coordination for printing production.
• Supporting media content team with ideas on designing social media posts.
