Consultant Digital Engagement

Breakthrough is looking for a Consultant Digital Engagement. The detailed job description is as follows:

Social Media Management

• Creating content for all social media platforms adherent to and/or not to our programs  
• Creating online engagement plans and holding it for Breakthrough’s social media handles
• Manage social media platforms along with timely hygiene checks
• Support in blog content, management
• Building social media partnerships with other organisation for online collaborative events

Non campaign related events/activities

• Creating non-programmatic content
• Holding together BT events and managing our collaboration with partners

Building partnerships with Social change actors (SCA)/ Volunteer engagement

• Identifying and mobilising prospective SCAs to collaborate
• Supporting in BT generation offline events
• Creating engagement plans for SCAs
• Tracking and mapping SCA activities according to the planned indicators and target

Documentation

• Create and maintain a process mapping documents and SOPs for all activities anchored starting from concept note, production material and final report that includes learning and insight.
• Create a quantitative campaign report for BT’s campaigns as per requirement
• Support the team with basic documentation requirements for logistics

Competency and expertise requirements 

• Nuanced understanding of gender and feminist politics
• Work experience on social media engagement and management
• Work experience in volunteer management
• Writing skills (Script, Blogs, social media writings etc)
• Basic understanding of technicalities of social media and other web platform
