Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Coordinator – Software Development for its IT team at Delhi. The person will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing modules within the existing ERP system. The role requires strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, MVC architecture, and front-end technologies.

A detailed role and responsibilities are mentioned below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient, testable, scalable, and reusable modules in the existing ERP system using ASP.NET Framework 4.6, C#, MS SQL Server and Bootstrap 5.
  • Perform regular maintenance, debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing ERP modules.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.
  • Work with the MVC design pattern for application development and module enhancement.
  • Create, manage, and integrate Web APIs, schedulers, background jobs, and related services.
  • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
  • Develop and enhance interactive front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, and other relevant front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver software changes within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure application security, performance, data accuracy, and maintainability while developing or modifying ERP modules.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and support knowledge transfer where required.

Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any subject with a relevant diploma/certification in software development.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in ERP or enterprise application development.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software development best practices.
  • Good working knowledge of ASP.NET Framework, MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services/APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server programming, including writing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and complex queries.
  • Strong understanding of role-based, policy-based, and claim-based access management.
  • Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs/Web APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Good understanding of front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of application deployment, version control, and basic server/application maintenance.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
  • Experience in performance optimization of applications and SQL queries.
