Breakthrough is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator – Human Resources to support and strengthen the HR function within the organisation. The incumbent will work closely with the Deputy Director – HR and contribute to key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee records management, payroll coordination, and other HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration into the organisation.
HR Operations and Database management:
- Generate and manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, experience certificates, and other employee communications.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases in HRMS.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and accurately filed.
- Support monthly payroll processes by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records in accordance with organisational policies.
- Ensure digitisation of all employee records is in line with the set procedures.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, dashboards, and MI.
HR General Support:
- Provide support in performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare minutes of HR meetings and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop reports, presentations, and data analysis related to HR metrics
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on HR-related administrative processes, including procurement requests, vendor management, and payment processing.
- Undertake any other HR assignments or projects as delegated by the reporting manager.
Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required:
- A minimum Graduate degree in HR or related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources;
- Experience supporting recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration;
- Experience working with ERP and HRMS platforms;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Strong coordination, documentation, and data management capabilities;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi;
- Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Learning Orientation: Commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and improvement;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships across functions.
