Centre Manager – Face to Face Fundraising

Breakthrough is looking for a centre manager for face to face fundraising to manage and develop this vertical. The centre manager will be taking care of all day to day operation in fundraising process like training, monitoring, coaching of face to face fundraising team, tracking and management of data. The specific job responsibilities are as mentioned below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing in-house face to face fundraising center and play a key role to manage and develop 25-30 face to face fundraiser.
• Manage and drive the team and making sure income targets for the center are met.
• Lead the face to face fundraising initiative with special focus on lead generation, new donor acquisition and achieve set targets as per the objective of the organization.
• Train, coach and mentor the team to build capacity of the team members and develop long sustainable quality donor base.
• Plan and participate in the face to face fundraising activities in malls, corporate and residential areas.
• Monitor, track and develop achievement of the team by working closely with them. Schedule and conduct monthly, weekly and daily morning meeting.
• Analyze, explore and test potential markets/territories which are best suited for face to face fundraising and plan accordingly to get maximum revenue from the territories.
• Increase fundraising opportunities through various routes to market by proper territory management.
• Assist the donor servicing team to communicate more effectively with donors by monitoring and sharing donor insights.
• Plan and implement short road trips to expand the market size and generate more funds for the organization.
• To undertake any other additional task assign by the supervisor

Skills and Competencies:

• 4 to 5 years’ relevant experience
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operationalize strategy, excellent planning and organisation skills
• Strong networking and presentation skills
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
