Senior Coordinator – IT

Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Coordinator – IT. The person will be responsible for giving first level of technical support, administer servers. The detailed job description is as follows:

Job Description-

• Provide first level of technical support (any hardware/software related issues) as per request of employees
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, smartphones, security updates and patches as per the need
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
• Provide daily IT related support to all employees / consultants
• Ensure maintenance of all IT related hardware and coordination with authorized service center as required
• Install available licensed software (window, MS office, Mobile App, etc.) on laptop/desktop/mobile devices (tablet, smartphone) as per the request raised by the respected center
• Ensure that the purchase ordering process is complete for any purchase.
• Dealing with suppliers / vendors and maintain SLA.
• Ensure regular backup of data is taken in the states.
• Install and configure hardware equipment and  software programs
• Oversee, track and measure system and network performance
• Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs
• Execute different maintenance activities when needed
• Review and develop IT contract documents
• Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in system administration and IT support
• Graduateor diploma in related field
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Firewall configuration
• Understanding of LAN setup and backup technologies
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
