Senior Coordinator – Human Resource Management

Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Coordinator – Human Resource Management (HRM). The Senior Coordinator – HRM will support the team in the recruitment process and other HR functions at Breakthrough. The detailed job description is as follows:

• Coordinate and create JDs as per hiring requirement and updating of same on the Breakthrough’s ERP system
• Support the recruitment process by posting JD’s on recruitment websites and doing the first level of resume scanning
• Facilitate the selection and onboarding of hiring agencies
• Ensure timely release of payments against the hiring sources as applicable
• Coordinate interviews for various positions with the candidate and interview panel
• Coordinate the on-boarding and induction of the new hires on Breakthrough’s ERP system
• Update and share the details of new hires with the relevant centers
• Support in the team in organizing trainings/workshops/conferences for staff
• Assists with processing of personnel exit including full and final settlements
• Support other HR functions as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience
• Good command over written and spoken English and Hindi
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to details
• Strong networking and negotiations skills
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
• Passion to learn and grow with interest in gaining knowledge on gender and its nuances

Strategic partnership with the Ministry of Women and Child Development for dissemination of our media and IEC products which ensures that the messaging reaches large numbers as can be seen by the Bell Bajao campaign that reached 130 million in Phase I and 110 million in Phase II. The support was received pro-bono and is estimated to be worth INR 150 million. The Ministry has adopted Breakthrough’s Mission Hazaar campaign on preventing sex selection under its flagship “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” campaign and is disseminating the TV spots, curriculum and communication guide in 12 Indian languages.
