This was a very effective effort to make higher authorities of the society aware of the issue, and call for answers and action. The commissioner of Kanpur Mo. Anchoring was done by Krati Prakash State Manager of Breakthrough, while Joshy Jose (Director-Program Implementation Breakthrough) gave a brief introduction of Breakthrough and this campaign. With this jansunvaai we provided a platform to community members to take their answers to government officers and action. Many community members direct talk with the responsible person of the society and share their problems and wanted to find solutions. More than one thousand person was presented in the jansunvaai. All the community members were very pleased and very curious to talk with government officials. Rights Advocates and the change makers were honored by government officials. Not only women but men also have raised their voice against domestic violence. Men also shared their change story on the stage.
