We are looking for a Manager – Multimedia, who will be responsible for managing and leading all post-production requirement at Breakthrough. As the Multimedia Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of editing and post- production within our organization. You will be expected to collaborate closely with producers, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects from inception to final delivery, while making sure the multimedia products created aligns with the Breakthrough’s overall branding and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspect of multimedia post-production;
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives, style guidelines, and technical specifications;
- Collaborate with team members to determine project goals, timelines, and budgets;
- Make creative decisions regarding cuts, transitions, pacing, and storytelling to enhance the overall narrative and visual impact of each project;
- Perform colour correction, audio mixing, and integration of visual effects as needed to achieve the desired look and feel;
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met;
- Manage and organize project files, assets, and media to maintain efficient workflows and version control;
- Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve editing capabilities;
- Ensure all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions during the editing process;

Skills, Competencies & Experience Required:
- Proven experience (7-10 years) as an editor;
- Bachelor’s degree in media, film, video production, or related field;
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve;
- Strong understanding of editing principles, storytelling techniques, and visual aesthetics;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Effective communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.
