Breakthrough, one of the leading human rights organizations working to mitigate the issue of gender based violence in India and Instagram, the global photo sharing app have decided to scale up the intellectual leadership by building up an image repository with sensitized representations of incidents related to gender based violence that can be used by media houses and other content sharing platforms for encouraging gender sensitized reporting.
