But bringing change is hard, especially in the wake of so many things falling apart in the world. It would make sense to feel helpless, to feel insignificant in the grand scheme of things. To think that nothing you do matters.

But that’s not true. Every step makes a difference, and every time you work towards making a better world, you’re contributing towards the change you want to see. And we’re here to tell you how you can do that.

And how can you join Team Change? You can either donate or volunteer for us. For those interested in volunteering, well this blog is all about you!

1. First of all – why should you volunteer for us? Well, first of all, you will get to be part of meaningful action in your community in the issue of violence against women. It’s tough to be a mute spectator to the violence happening around you. You can help us change this.
2. How can you help? When you choose to volunteer with us, you can tell us how you can help us out. Do you want to write for us? Or would you like to go on field and help us out during events? Or perhaps you could help us with translating or fundraising or have some social media snazzy skills? Your area of expertise could be of great help to us. So while volunteering, don’t forget to fill in your area of interest at the bottom of the form. It looks like this:
   

3. What do I get out of it? In the long term, you get to be a part of a community of people actively working towards finding solutions for ending violence against women. As you grow within our community, you may become an influencer yourself and many of our employees have been volunteers in the past.

In the short term, we provide your with certificates for the valuable investment of your time. For those of you who are in college and are looking for work experience, we encourage you to think of working for human rights.
